Two Disciplines, One Philosophy
Two Disciplines, One Philosophy
If you've never heard of Ayurveda, you're not alone — and I built this page assuming you haven't.
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of living and healing from India, built on the idea that your body has its own natural wisdom — and that true healing means understanding your unique constitution, not applying a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Corrective chiropractic gave me a precise, evidence-based way to restore spinal alignment and optimize nervous system function. Ayurveda completed the picture by helping me understand the deeper patterns—digestion, sleep, stress, daily routines, and each person's unique constitution—that influence how the body heals.
I brought these two systems together because I kept seeing the same thing: people would feel better after an adjustment, only to have the pain return weeks or months later.
Lasting healing requires more than correcting the spine. It means addressing the habits, physiology, and underlying imbalances that created the problem in the first place.
The spine is a vital piece of the puzzle—but true transformation happens when we care for the whole being.

The Purpose
I didn't choose chiropractic. It chose me.
I applied to chiropractic school after a single campus visit — before I even fully understood what chiropractic care was. I just knew, the moment I was there, that this was it. I truly felt the calling.
I trained in Atlanta, then spent almost four years there as an associate before I was ready to build something of my own. Something slower. Something that actually had room for the whole person in front of me — not just the fifteen minutes insurance allows for.

That's what SEVA is.
